Our Memory cafe plays a vital role in supporting individuals living with dementia, their families, and caregivers. This welcoming space provides an opportunity for people to connect, share experiences, and access crucial information in a relaxed and informal setting. By offering a safe environment for social interaction, our dementia café helps reduce isolation, promote emotional well-being, and foster a sense of community. It also serve as a valuable resource for guidance on managing the condition, helping both those with dementia and their loved ones navigate the challenges that come with it.

If you are an existing Caremark customer, we can organise for your carer to accompany you, or we can help organise your travel.
